In a market crowded with traditional products, a medical device e-commerce store launched a revolutionary technology tailored for a specific group of users. The strategy
To address this, we rolled out a detailed digital marketing strategy that capitalised on the unique features of the new technology.
We used user-generated content on Meta platforms to genuinely demonstrate the real-life uses and benefits of the device, building credibility and consumer trust.
This effort was supported by sponsored content that showcased the product's innovative features, effectively engaging a specific audience.
At the same time, we launched a targeted Google Shopping campaign designed to attract high-intent traffic by focusing on keywords that aligned with the device's unique selling points.
We also set up a strong display campaign for remarketing, drawing back visitors who had shown interest but hadn't made a purchase yet, inculded abandoned shopping cart ads.
The result
These combined efforts significantly boosted online sales, with the Google Shopping campaings and Display campaigns making a substantial impact on the conversion rate, that improved from an initial 1.7% to 4.9% within a three-month period.
By effectively using digital channels to highlight the device’s innovative features and leveraging authentic user experiences, the e-commerce store not only grew its market presence but also cemented its position as a leader in innovative medical technology.
